2. Purpose and scope

This informational corporate website is primarily addressed to manufacturers and professional partners. It presents electric mobility, energy and sportswear projects under development and provides contact channels. It is not an online shop and does not accept orders, reservations, payments or contracts through the website.

Contacting us or submitting a product or documents does not establish a distribution agreement, exclusivity, an order or a purchase commitment. Physical samples require a prior agreement covering receipt, costs and returns. Please do not send confidential documents or unnecessary third-party personal data with an initial enquiry.
